Hi Linda… I would recommend employers review their hiring process from the candidate perspective (steps & tasks) to see what efficiencies can be gained. Have a “secret shopper” approach, ask someone to apply and request feedback on the process (or apply for a job to see what really happens). 🙂

56:25
Meagan, DVS is up after SHRM - thank you again for joining us!

At this point we do not have Questions in the Q&A so we can go to closing then stay over a few minutes for questions that might arise if ok for Julie, Robbie and speakers

01:25:16
I see a theme with what you’re saying, Sean, and what Steven said re: folks going directly to company websites to look for job openings. People don’t want to work just anywhere. They want to work in places that they value and they know’ll they’ll be valued.

01:25:52
Which also explains while referrals from friends and communities matter now as much as job boards…

01:26:05
Love Ilsa's comments for closing

01:30:47
It’s all about supply and demand and right now employees are in demand so they now get to be picky and really choose the places that are ideal for them.

01:32:40
I have a 10am in person apt. thank you all
