from Tim Prillaman - Registered apprenticeships are excellent. I have implemented 2 while working in the public sector. Of the 20 participants with on company, 17 have been promoted to positions of additional responsibility, with increased compensation

Tim Prillaman - Most of my clients do partner with both private and public organizations. Leaders (especially mfg. and supply chain) are smothered with running the business, especially with short staffs. Same for HR leaders.
