I apologize for my late arrival. .Employee issue
Much of what we know about employees, where they have been etc, is based on questions that we ask them. Is there a set of these that we can require employees to answer truthfully that could be used to determine "suspected to be infected", etc?
While I admit that I am not very up-to-date on the current science, is there any consideration being given for those that have contracted COVID and recovered versus someone who has no know exposure.
So much is required of employERs, are there any DOL requirements of employEEs? e.g. compliance with employER standards like wearing masks, etc.? Non-compliance places everyone at risk and is often hard to enforce one-sided.
